Einstein was smart about a lot more than math and physics.
 
He was smart, really smart, about why intelligence is something entirely different from what armies of psychometricians, educators, and hysterical, upwardly mobile parents think it is. Actually, what most think it is constitutes a diagnostic criterion for ignorance.

Here's what Einstein had to say: "I have no particular talent. I am merely inquisitive."

He also said: "It's not that I'm so smart. It's just that I stay with problems longer."

He was humble, too. That just makes who he was and what he did .... all the more intriguing. Let's get curious about that!
